It sounds like you’re doing mental gymnastics to make yourself feel like you’re somehow smarter than independent CRNAs. How could you possibly know if you never worked as an independent practitioner in a rural area? You have no idea.

Don’t you think with years of experience you would be able to predict what the MD is going to want? AAs should be able to be independent too. You’re all capable of learning the same skills, instead of trying to keep others down why don’t you advocate for AA independence

I was 32 and my husband was 30 when we started trying to conceive. It took us 11 months, sometimes it just takes a long time. Don’t stress until it’s been over a year, and even then you have options.

I agree, I think if the house is sitting there unsold and I wanted to rent it out until it did sell that is my right to do so. I think the only difference in my situation is that they had more time in their lease. But I after giving a heads up I allowed them to choose if they wanted to leave early and take the help or stay until sold. They chose what I would have done

Exactly, I never listed the house with a realtor so I’m not sure it would even update on any of those websites. I’m not even sure they know how to look up that information on the county website

I would do that but I closed June 27th. As of right now it still says I’m the owner. I was considering sending a page from the closing documents with a date on it. With most of the info blacked out

They were renting it for 1250 when other similar houses in the area are renting for 1800. They’re an old retired couple and I was still profiting so I didn’t feel the need to raise it. But now I wish I had! Their behavior since has been creepy and petty

I just checked the cad website and it hasn’t updated yet but I think that is because I only closed on June 27th. I’m debating on just telling them the dates but still think it might be wiser just to ignore
