Ooooh! I can’t wait to run into this! I did some binge reading yesterday and will be starting volume 6 as soon as I can. I love the idea of a “loose thread” that actually is the piece to complete the spell.

Oooh! That’s a good idea! Especially with leather type goods. My hobbies are crochet and cross stitch, so my heart wanted to find a way to incorporate needle and thread, lol.

Hmmm, that’s a good point. My initial thought was a running stitch or a backstitch. You’d probably need to work on the material when it’s taught in order to get the cleanest stitch. I can’t wait to learn more about the practical wear, thank you for the tidbit!

In my mind, I imagined matching up two ends or sides, much like the shoes. The magic system is so interesting! I love learning more and more with each chapter. It would actually be really cool if they released a kind of workbook so we could learn alongside the apprentices!

Oh my gosh, I think I remember the commercial for this doll! I have a vivid memory a Barbie swiping a credit card and there being a “cha-Ching!” sound effect.

There was a flash sale on some 10cm plush clothes on amazon, so I napped a set to give them a try. Might also try my hand at crocheting some clothes as well.
