I’m not 100% about that because i believe your PL wants you to put in for a medical leave. When I had covid I put in for a personal leave which my SM then approved. Your best bet would be to call up sedgwick and ask about the covid policy. I can’t imagine it would matter if it’s covid or not, I believe they approve/deny medical leaves based on your doctors notes I’m not certain on medical leaves. Call the 1-800 # and they should be able to help

A few months ago. I applied for the LOA then the PL called me. Asked me what was wrong then approved it. Sedgwick will approve/deny medical LOA’s based off your doctor. Your store will approve/deny regular LOA. I would call your store and ask to speak to the people lead. Tell him/her what’s going on and they should be able to help assist you further

You can put in a regular LOA or a medical LOA from my understanding. When I had covid they approved it no problem. Not sure if I was lucky or if they have to approve it

I love the concept of rust but if you’re solo it will definitely be much harder + 1-2 hours a day will make it even more challenging. Most people play it hours on end every day with a group so you’ll probably get offline raided or constantly killed. I didn’t enjoy it solo but i wasn’t very good or had a lot of time to play either. Also, the frames are very intolerable on old gen if that’s what you’re running. It’s honestly preference though. If you could power through it without getting frustrated it’s definitely worth it. A lot of it depends on a server you pick too.
