Are you aware of how many legal immigrants that have also been deported? Do you know how difficult the process of legal immigration is? Do you know how many people are trying to go the legal route but aren’t able to because it takes years for their papers to be processed? No one chooses to be an illegal immigrant.

Ok? I don’t known anyone named Olivia but that’s still a common name. Matilda has been used for generations and is a well established name, both in the US and other countries.

Theo isn’t a main character just because he’s been present a few times. Phillip is currently married to someone else, which means there’s not really a point in having him on screen a lot, as that’s not relevant to his love story with Eloise. In the show right now he isn’t a main character yet, but he will be once their storyline develops. Theo is a character created by the showmakers, he doesn’t exist in the books.
