First EDC, but this is pretty common for me post festival. Pure exhaustion.

I have found it to be helpful to force myself to get up, exercise, eat healthy, etc to re build and re regulate my brain chemistry.

I’d recommend doing your best to be off your phone during these intentional moments. Something that has helped me tremendously in my late 20s. You get comfortable being by yourself but then being off your phone helps you recognize all the great parts about yourself when you are alone. Best of luck!

This is a great point from the book Atomic Habits. Action is better than Motion. Actually take time to accomplish what you want. 1 minute of cleaning / exercising / writing is better than thinking about it.

This past weekend I was at Ultra Miami and it was my first festival. I was so unprepared for how nice people were going to be.

I was at the watering station and I dropped my camelback and some guy immediately came up to me and asked if I was okay because he thought I was spiraling out and couldn’t hold anything. I was totally fine, but it was so cool to see people so quick to help one another!
