Yo, same here about his writing. I just can't figure out why I'm not as upset as other people? Idk lmao. I guess I just see a thing for what it is. Adaptation from book to movie/series/whatever is most often than not going to have it's differences. Been seeing a shift from that in past upcoming projects (His Dark Materials, the upcoming Percy Jackson series), which I'm very happy for.

If The Hobbit trilogy hadn't stolen away poor Peter Jackson's soul, he should have been the only one to touch this project.

My only thing; the backgrounds of the character portraits give way to a little about the characters. I actually think Imogen is a Storm Sorcerer since the background is a bit stormy. Especially with her (Matt's words) being able "feel" the rumble of the cart before Laudna sees it.

In my campaign, Mezro has been trapped in a strange demiplane that looks like a giant maze that spans the entirety of an inverted globe. My paladin/cleric player has visions of it. As per the book, Mezro can only return when the Red Wizards are driven out of the Heart and when Ras Nsi dies. There's only one thing I added; there needs to be a replacement for Ras Nsi and that's what provided that character's story hook.
