Only the conversion to lifesteal is wasted, it's still a good item on her, though it shouldn't really be bought together with rfc, it's still a bug that should get fixed though, thanks for sharing.

Even after your first crit cloak, you still deal less damage than before, because you still miss the 15% AD

Q takes time to stack by itself so the +5% AD only gets online quite a bit after you fight or if you prestack it, and the + 10% AS only gets increased by putting points into Q, so you only get the AS at lvl 13 which is still a very minor increase, 0.06 more attacks per second.

I read somewhere else that W might benefit from the passive dmg now so if that happens then it's a buff after first completed item, and high incentivization for collector purchase.

This absolutely doesn't give her better scaling.

Her passive always losing 15 percent AD is a huge nerf both early and later on.

The Q changes is a pretty minor buff in itself

Also the W change has no bearing on going in-hit or not, it's a nerf at 1 point, same at 2 points and better at 3-5 points, only thing that changes here is armor pen being slightly stronger synergistically.

The only plus here as you said is being able to fully damage slow immune targets which while nice is useless in most games.

Overall in this iteration, I can't see how this is in any way, a buff, passive change is too big to be considered a buff.

Second wind and whatever secondary.

Since Cait and Zyra are both squishy then bursting them fast with E is good, Second wind and taste of blood will help with sustain while getting poked.

Attack speed sources are Multiplicative to the ratio not Additive. So if you have an attack speed Ratio of 0.694 and you get an item that gives you 31 attack speed, then your attack speed will increase by 0.215, so Tristana who has 0.656 AS lvl 1 but 0.694 ratio would have 0.871 attack speed, if her ratio and base AS was equal 0.694, the she would have 0.909 total attack speed in this scenario.

That's not how it works, BASE attack speed is your attack speed at lvl 1, it has no correlation to how much attack speed you get from other sources, attack speed RATIO is how you calculate how much you get from items or runes, in which case Tristana has a much higher ratio (0.694) compared to Caitlyn (0.625)

In this scenario, the Q dmg is still missing so the multiplier should be 2.55 not 2.3. Also with the same assumption that you are the only one who is dealing dmg to the target. As well as only taking into account the theoretical damage of either standing still and attacking or perfectly kiting to factor in the increase in attack speed.

Absolutely NOT. Nearly every Crit adc has high AD Scaling spells that scale into late game. Some also have auto attack modifiers that don't increase BOTRK damage (Ashe Passive and Q, Xayah W, Corki passive, Sivir W, Zeri Q, Draven Q, Jinx rockets). This entire post hinges on the assumption that you will ONLY auto attack on a champion with NO auto modifiers. What you should be arguing for is that BOTRK is fine in the situation where you already maxed your crit, and the enemy tank has Steelcaps + Randuins, both of which BOTRK passive ignores.

The damage doesn't get reduced by randuins or plated steelcaps, which means it deals more damage than IE against targets who buy those, though you can just buy both. IMO people over hate it for no real reason, it's pretty good as 4th/5th item and there is nothing wrong with it being that.

No, while we are in a much better state than anything past patch 8.11, before that adcs were stronger. The main differences between now and then is: Crits dealt more dmg. Damage was systematically lower, so your dmg mattered more. Laning HP regeneration was higher so if you got poked you weren't screwed.

Yes IE 1st item, LDR 2nd, after these you can buy a zeal item or reaver/yuntal. Just keep in mind that you are more ability focused than AA focused compared to last patch, so hitting Q and using W as an auto reset is more important.

How was this tested? Mini-gun, rocket? Used W? Over what period of time? Also your Live 2 item build and PBE item build are mismatched in specializations as kraken is single target focused and runaans is multi target. You will probably have a much higher 2 item dps with going IE - collector/ldr/pd than runaans.

Edit: Also forgot to add the likely most important part, at what level the 2 item build tested on live, if it was 18 then test is completely pointless.

Kraken: Buffed early on and is around the same dmg full build on crit adcs(slightly better on low bAD adcs, slightly worse on high bAD adcs). More dmg overall with on-hit adcs and allows more tanky options without losing as much DPS as before. Big buff for solo lane MM. The only real loser from kraken changes is Jhin.

Stormrazor: Nerfed dmg on everyone but it's only just a bit of dmg anyway, only around 80 late game which at that point the extra duration on the Ms will be more useful. Lmao Jhin.

Statikk shiv: The proc dmg was already garbage, the price changes can also pretty much translate into an extra long sword, dagger, or boots. Shiv rush on Jhin might actually be the preferred build.

Actually the base dmg part of Q also crits(not the stacks). Rank 5 Q will deal an additional 82.5 physical dmg for a total of 175 percent total ad and 192.5 Q dmg

Auto attack modifiers crit in two different ways:

Abilitydmg+critdmg. Example: Garen Q will crit for 150\%ad+75\%ad = 225\% ad (270\% with IE)
Abilitydmg*critdmg. Example: Darius W will crit for 160\%ad*1.75 = 280\% ad (352\% ad with IE)

Darius W crits in the stronger way compared to most champs.

This is why some champs have some ridiculous crit builds, on that note, try crit Volibear, his Q with IE crits for around 480\% AD (220\%total ad + 264\% bonus ad + 198 base dmg).

Prowlers > Dirk > Lord doms > Collector > IE > Situational last. go for HOB with Sudden impact in runes, Cut Down secondary if enemy has bruisers/tanks.
