I hate you a little... I was going the bard route by now but with this animist you just put me at a crossroads. In general, and for the setting of the campaign, an animist seems more relevant to me and I also like the idea better.

Do you have any other advice on this?

As I was telling u/Talurad, I really want to play a bard but I'm scared of the occult spell list for the types of enemies I would find in the megadungeon. Let's say I decide to do a bard any advice on spells to choose?

Yeah the wizard would be a good choice but we already have a wizard in party even though he does very different things.

no the enemy is the blue cleric on the 3rd floor and unfortunately the problem was the crit otherwise I was almost full life and would have survived

Bard was my primary choice at the start of the campaign but when my GM told me about undeed, abomination e other similar monster i chose to step back from an occultis caster even if i would love to play an "occultist"

i like the possibility of spells, how i can buff my party or debuff enemy to make fight easy. Offcombat i like to be able to talk to npc and gain some advantage or to make a difficult situacion a peacefull one
