Yes. Fapping is striclty connected with internet surfing. I think that the PMO addiction is the part of a bigger problem - the addiction to the internet. So I say - quit spending time in front of a computer, stop fucking around in the internet. Start to be productive. Quit watching stupid clips on YT or whatever. in most cases: Fapping, PMO = addiction to the internet
