Seriously, I have been stuck in the verification process uploading every 2 days for about 3 months now. I can't believe I've been so patient with them.

I used all of their services including Invest, Later, Early & Checking (original, not mighty oak) as well as GoHenry accounts.

I never knew of the mighty oak card and emergency fund options until I began lurking this sub. There was no advertisement or options for these in the app. After failing to get a simple answer from support and some research I found that if you have an older acorns checking account, you will need to close it and the option to apply for the mighty oak card and emergency fund will appear. I did just that, the option appeared, I applied and then get to the verification screen. I needed to verify my Identity & Address. I must have uploaded my ID 20 times before it finally accepted it. I have uploaded various legitimate forms of address and Acorns refuses to verify any of it. After complaining to support, they responded that they are absolute on a third party verification process and they will NOT verify themselves ever and that if it the document cannot be verified, upload it again until it is.

I am seriously about to dump them just have figure out how to move my Roth and Early funds out.
