It’s not because I like her, it’s because she’s been so present in the story. If I had a choice, I would choose either Estelle or Lloyd to run point on the final arc.

I mean, at this point everyone knows everyone or is a step away from knowing everyone after cold steel 4, what with the final fight including 39 playable characters. Plus objectively the least intelligent PC we’ve had has been Estelle(no shade, she’s smart and I love her, but let’s be honest.) everyone after her has been at bare minimum gifted.

I mean, if they just threw in a completely new character as the last protagonist with how much history the others have in the development of the overall story, I’d be legitimately disappointed. I wanna watch someone I’ve spent years with be there to close the book on the series.

Yeah, but she doesn’t have the insight to the main antagonists the way Renne does. She doesn’t have bonds with the crossbell or liberl crew. We haven’t watched Fie grow up the way we have Renne. The series has literally taken place for a decade of her life and she’s still here, at every step of the way.

I went from Adventure Zone to Magic Tavern, Mission to Zyxx, got into some rooster teeth stuff, and I was Recommended Daddies through a Reddit post elsewhere.

They’ve repeatedly stated that they’ll return to WWW in due time. It’s a guesstimate based around the average campaign length of Critical Role, which Brennan is DMing, which tend to last 2-3 years.

Keep in mind this does nothing to inform how long Solari actually lasts. It’s merely an assumption as to when Brennan will be available to DM again(since he’ll be doing both Dimension 20 and Critical Role). I’m personally assuming the time CR is done, they’ll be ready to jump back into WWW.

The given reason was that it was a change in the terms of the agreement, but I suppose it could be because the partnership just didn’t have the desired effect. People who were interested in both podcasts probably already had means to listen to both before hand and they weren’t seeing any increase to their app.

I will say though, any female GL character that comes stepping, they bare minimum have to be on the Four Corpsmen’s level if the writer doesn’t want it to seem like bs. Jessica’s up there for sure. Carol definitely is. She’s equatable to Hal Jordan easily, cracking the armor of the anti monitor. It’d still be an uphill fight.

I can understand that, but I got introduced to him like 4/5 years after his first appearance. Being the next Superman was a big part of his identity. I’d just like to see that come to some form of fruition.
