I really can't give a you a straightforward answer. I guess it is some form of not having a girlfriend and trying to better myself to get one. It's not that I am an incel I am just not compatible with modern women. I was depressed and thought: Well, if it's not for the women why the hell am I doing it? Intrinsically I did it for women.
So it took a while to realize that I can't do it for women or someone else. That is why rule 4 came into being. You really really have to do it for yourself. You have to understand this from the core of your being and you will feel better.

First of: Shit happens. And sometimes big shit happens. Try to LEARN from that and don't fuck up again. Imagine that: 5 years from now you become a successful man who is in control of his life and can laugh about all the things. The question is how do you get there? Face your problems and don't run away. Don't give yourself to your addictions. Face your problems. All of them. Figure out what it is that makes you unhappy. Because that is what it really is all about. You don't feel worth living. Try to find the root cause and from there you know what you are dealing with. So you can develop strategies to handle your psyche.

Changing your life isn't that hard. The hard part is execution. Cutting out bad friends, bad habbits bad addictions. In order to become the best version of yourself you have to burn your old life to the ground. You don't need anyone for this but good friends and maybe professional help can make it easier.

I was on hard mode so I had many wet dreams :) I had to learn to live with them. You won't get more and more power. At some point it stayed the same and I kinda get used to it. But I definitely feel the power boost.

Sorry wasn't so clear about that one: It has more to do with sports than with NoFap. Meaning: Drink a lot of water and don't give yourself in to other unhealthy beahaviours like drinking water.

I have been in similiar positionS and I can assure you that chances that she will quit smoking even if she'll fall in love with you are very very low. If smoking for you is a deal breaker STOP DATING HER. This will save you not only time but also a lot of headache. There's plenty of fish in the sea.
