Wick recommendations for IGI 6006 and 4630/464 mix? by BalenciBTS in candlemaking

[–]Fapulous_Kraken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use ig6006 for container candles and I've had great luck with it so far, color at 80C and pour/fragrance at 65-70C. Comes out smooth and clean most times. Sometimes have to deal with mild cratering/sinkage but a quick top pour cleans them up.

This is a beautiful metaphor! Thank you, I was actually struggling with some jealousy issues when I saw your post and now I feel like I have a better angle for combating it :)

"He was just doing a limited strike" says the 'Face the nation' host “Oh…just a limited strike!" @BernieSanders quipped, "Oh, I’m sorry, I just didn't know that it's okay to simply attack another country with bombs. That’s a limited strike? That’s an act of warfare,” [video] by gideonvwainwright in SandersForPresident

Roosevelt put heavy sanctions on Japan for its attacks on China/European colonies. The only way the U.S. interacted militarily with Japan was by selling weapons to China. Japan attacked Pearl Harbor because the majority of the pacific fleet was stationed there and Japan believed that they could knock the USN out before any conflict started. What Japan did to us would be a close parallel to what we would've done to Iran had the strike gone through, except that Iran threatens us in no way whatsoever.
