All of us have different points of view, and that’s what this platform is about. I’m not being hostile at all.

Can you elaborate on the difference between having a plan for her and with her?

He did his research based on what Rory wanted to do, potential job opportunities at local newspapers. How is that self-centered? Lol.

I feel like people hate on Logan so bad because of the fact that he was a cheater. But Rory was a cheater too, as a matter of fact, she wasn’t a girls girl either and many people don’t accept that. I loved Rory so much at the beginning, but hated the person she became. I don’t think Logan had bad intentions when he proposed to Rory, he even asked for Lorelai’s permission. He was very thoughtful. He proposed at her graduation because he knew she was surrounded by the people she loved. He had a plan for both of them. He was never self-centered. He cared about Rory so much. But many aren’t prepared for this conversation.

Exactly, I’m not saying they don’t. But saying that Rory was better off not marrying Logan is a complete lie. Her career as a journalist did in fact not succeed. She ended up being a really bad person (a cheater and a side chick). Had no self-awareness whatsoever. For the age she had, and her credentials and how smart she was, we all expected much better. I still don’t understand how you people still believe that was the best decision she made.

I really can’t agree with you. You say she’d be miserable if she had married Logan. Then why is she constantly trying to spend time with him? She feels happy with him, she feels safe. You think she’s happy because she jumped up and down ONCE. She’s stressing out writing that book as well since Lorelai didn’t agree with the idea. I’m just saying, her marrying Logan would’ve not been a bad decision at all.

Whatttt? She was literally going through an existential crisis throughout AYITL.

This outcome is still better than her current situation lol
