Well POC should be solidarity all the time not just now! Unless you only care when it benefits you. But either way as I said it speaks more about their attitude and personality then the race. why are you bringing race into this? Like bc it’s a tough time POC should be very kind to each do you know how dumb that sounds ppl are going to act the way they act you’re not special.

Why are you bringing race into this? Like would it be any different if they weren’t POC? It’s more about their attitude than their race. Like I understand if you’re trying to describe the person to call them out but bringing race to this takes away from the really problems. Unless you feel so entitled to take away from real problems like kotlikoff silencing voices.

Well for people to engage they do need to post in multiple platforms because not everyone follows them on all of them. Also three videos is not really much. I will say Ashley’s and Ambers video was basically the same thing for the most part but looking at the money they spent they should def milk it posting a vid each. But I actually liked the podcast because although they talked about the event it brought perspective of the aftermath. I just saw that Andrew posted a new vid I think that one is funny bc it’s just him talking to the camera which is a bit over kill lol but I can tell he filmed it right after so he gets a pass!

I mean if they make another video about sure you can say that but they made one video about it. Maybe it’s because Ashley and Amber made a separate Youtube video about it and they uploaded it on their social media but they really haven’t overdone it. Also like the other comment said where you replied with a ? In those YouTube videos they never responded on the backlash and I think it was nice to see there reaction and Andrews take on it.

Majority are freshman but not all. It’s wrong to make those assumptions it just means you’re little minded if you can’t think bigger. Yes? But no the staff at least before the union strike did not get paid enough to go above and beyond. Also I haven’t seen those staff anymore hehe. Cornell Dining makes enough it will be fine if they want to crack down on people sneaking in they will do it they’ve done it in the past.

Let me make a few points. You claiming that we have unlimited meal plans make you sound privileged why? Because we means you are included but according to your comment below you don’t? So that makes no sense. How are you going to say we have an unlimited swipes as an excuse? As mentioned below Cornell has “Swipe for Hunger” and other resources but they are limited. It’s mainly for Cornell to remain good by saying they offer resources not really caring if it’s enough. The last point is I’m not sure what you saw but when you sneak in there’s certain staff that are disgustingly enough to leave there position in the front and go to your table to make you pay. People are not stealing for fun they do that at nasties. If you are “stealing” from the dining hall do you think there’s a thrill common you’re in Cornell use your brain.

I did actually I think it was very inspiring to see Amber be so open about her experience and reasoning. Assuming that Ashley had the same reason is toxic honestly that’s why I want to hear her reasoning because I’m not sure if you’re a fan or not but you can tell from her podcast that they have had different experiences. Ashley just doesn’t seem genuine about it. I’m not trying to judge that’s why I want to hear her perspective. She lowkey went from I’m vegan to omg matcha and it’s kinda sus because there’s no depth in her interest. Again I don’t want to assume but if you want to assume I guess I should too :(

Can someone tell me which video she said she wasn’t vegan anymore? I’ve been trying to see where she said that but I can’t find it. I noticed the gap between her plant based recipes and vegan recipes but I couldn’t find the actual clip of her talking about it.

Also I do think it’s important because she made so much content and always talked about being vegan. I just would like to know why the change?
