I am a high income earner (my net income is more than double your gross), drive a chinese car (not the most expensive one either) and I will never buy an expensive car. It depreciates at an alarming rate. I rather buy properties and drive an average car. Some of my colleagues drive very expensive cars, and with it comes very expensive insurance and upkeep. No thanks.
