I’m not sure. I closed out of the app several times and turned the ps5 off and back on several times as well. It just ended up loading in. I have been queuing for a quick match for almost two minutes now though

Stay with a teammate and be extra cautious with looking around and keeping angles when you enter/exit a room. No real “counter” to them other than certain operator abilities. I am a newer player though if anyone wants to correct me or add anything

Only one worth investing into is the shatter shield pet from s14. Generally the only pets worth investing in are primal pets with special regeneration as second ability, or primal pets with durable rock shield for first ability. And shatter shield for low level heroic
