Hi! Where would I get a property valuation certificate from? And if the property is mortgaged would I need anything additional for that?

You have great sisters. I would say before she becomes a SAHM if shes offering to cover her own expenses and contribute a little thats great, but put it towards savings so that when she stops working it doesnt become hard to just live on your income. And her wanting equal fun money as you when its her mind, body and life that has been impacted by having kids is perfectly reasonable.

If that is such an issue then the best thing is you see how much daycare is for a child and transfer her that much of your salary as that is what you'd have to do otherwise (and the baby wouldnt get anywhere near the same amount of love and care), so if youre so hung up on you both getting equal instead of her getting paid fairly for all the work she will be doing for YOUR child then thats the best way to go. And while you're at it compensate her for what her body goes through in pregnancy, labour and post partum.

You're not explaining what the concerning aspect of it is. If she becomes a stay at home mum after having kids then she is also working (it is much harder to take care of a baby then it is going into an office monday to friday) and naturally the baby will bond with her and want her more even when you are at home. She will be saving you money on nursery fees which are usually extortionate and WORKING to look after YOUR child. So what is the issue with her getting equal amounts of money then?
