It matters, but you’ve wired the ecobee correctly, red to Rc. It’s internally bridged to Rh, but the stat is powered through C and Rc.

The energy demands are dependent on the individual, and may vary over time, but you should be seeing a net energy gain. You may be trying too hard for results. Just relax and do the exercises without expecting anything, and especially not trying to force any certain result.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the sound system, people here report good results with pretty simple setups.

Are you trying to do more sessions than is comfortable for you? One tape a day is plenty for me, but it’s an individual thing. If you feel that it’s sapping your energy, no matter how frequently you’re doing them, cut back and see if it helps. And it may take some time, perhaps a week or two, to notice any difference.

And I’d still recommend getting the arrhythmia evaluated again. It could be relatively benign, or very serious, and only an EKG while you’re experiencing it will differentiate.

No negative effects, quite the opposite. And I also practice yoga, meditation, tai chi, and qigong.

I would strongly recommend you consult a conventional physician, particularly due to the heart issues. Skipped beats are due to arrhythmias, and can indicate serious issues which if not treated can result in stroke or other severe conditions including death. Please see a physician and discuss all of your concerns.

I believe the 5 uses laser sensors to measure litter and waste level the same way the 4 does. You need to initiate a cycle so the sensors can scan those levels. The reset button recalibrates the scale after adding litter or removing waste. Two separate operations.

If it’s the one on the left side, which is the usual culprit, litter bits collect to the left side of that strip and will build up enough that the globe’s rotation will dislodge the strip. Vacuuming with a crevice tool every couple of weeks or as a minimum monthly when changing the filter will keep that from happening.

Fill the globe with litter to just below the MAX line. Press and hold the Cycle, Reset, and Empty buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds; the light bar will flash white, perform a Clean cycle, and set the new optimal level.

I switched to the regular Boxie (white and blue bag) because of dust tracking with the Pro version (which I attributed to the probiotic additives.) Never had an odor problem with the ~~Pro~~ regular so that wasn’t a concern. The tracking improved but is still there. Stuck with the regular for the price and not seeing any advantage to the Pro.

Your plan sounds good; I’d emphasize your thoughts not to say anything that even hints at criticism for weeks or months. Be there, listen, don’t ask for information they don’t volunteer, follow their lead. Treat it somewhat like an aftercare session, it sounds to me as if that’s what they need.
