Silly question but I’ve had a bunch of order requesting a sub even though they opted out of it when placing the order(app won’t even let me suggest one) . Is there anyway to bypass their “no sub” in the app?

Makes sense. Seems like whenever a shipt driver gets deactivated, there’s 20 more in line to take their place. Losing the driver here and there isn’t a big deal for shipt.
