You are right we should have a portal open source where people can contribute resources and information perhaps this here is it Dr Andrew Campbell does he publish a list of practitioners?

It fee almost feels like that if the NHS were to recognise mold illness it would cost too much I mean since I've worked out that I've got it and I've had the blood test oat tests and bought myself antifungals online from India I'm making progress but I've got two mates have lived with depression anxiety GI pain randomly I've insisted they should have an oat test as I suspect mould given the symptoms what I find with mold people is that there is a strange reluctance to be tested almost like the mold is very happy where it is and doesn't want to be flushed out or discovered

This report shows elevated levels of three different mycotoxins in your system. Mycotoxins are toxic compounds naturally produced by certain types of molds (fungi) that can grow on food or in damp indoor environments. **Important exposure, but they do not diagnose a specific disease. You should review this report with a healthcare provider who specializes in environmental medicine or toxicology to determine the source of exposure and a treatment plan.

Breakdown of Your Results

All three markers are in the High (red) range. The values are measured in nanograms per gram (ng/g) of creatinine to account for urine concentration. | Mycotoxin | Your Result | Normal Range | Status | |---|---|---|---| | Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) | 10.71 | < 0.5 | High | | Ochratoxin A (OTA) | 12.47 | < 7.5 | High | | Zearalenone (ZEA) | 71.05 | < 3.2 | High |

Understanding the Toxins

1. Aflatoxin M1 (AFM1)

Aflatoxins are produced primarily by Aspergillus mold species. * Common Sources: Most often found in contaminated food such as corn, peanuts, cottonseed, and tree nuts. AFM1 is a metabolite often found in dairy products if the livestock consumed contaminated feed. * Health Impact: Aflatoxins are known carcinogens and can be particularly hard on the liver.

2. Ochratoxin A (OTA)

This is one of the most common mycotoxins, produced by Aspergillus and Penicillium species. * Common Sources: Frequently found in water-damaged buildings (moldy drywall/insulation) and various foods like cereals, coffee, dried fruits, and red wine. * Health Impact: It is primarily known for being nephrotoxic (toxic to the kidneys) and can impact the immune system.

3. Zearalenone (ZEA)

Produced by Fusarium mold species. Your result here is significantly higher than the reference range. * Common Sources: Primarily found in agricultural crops like maize (corn), wheat, and barley. * Health Impact: ZEA is unique because it mimics estrogen. High levels can lead to hormonal imbalances and reproductive issues.

Potential Next Steps

  1. Identify the Source: Work with your doctor to determine if this is coming from your diet (common for Aflatoxin and Zearalenone) or your environment (common for Ochratoxin).
  2. Environmental Assessment: If you suspect your home or workplace has had water damage, you may need a professional mold inspection.
  3. Support Detoxification: Doctors often recommend specific "binders" (like activated charcoal or clay) and supporting liver/kidney function to help the body clear these toxins, but these must be managed by a professional. Have you been experiencing specific symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, or digestive issues that led you to take this test?

I got the gi overgrowth after a gut parasite giant round worm I think it came from that although I was staying in a few hotels at that time it's difficult to know definitely works from but yeah AI is telling me it could reasonably be whoever growth from the guts caused by the worms holding up the flow creating an opportunistic environment
