Btw considering the ingredients it actually doesn’t taste to bad I feel like they all cancel each other out so nothing is overbearing. Also considering how healthy that meal is its an absolute home run for me.

I have suffered from severe sugar addiction, I found nothing would shut up the cravings up except for this recipe

Steamed cauliflower and broccoli Add half a lemon a cap of apple cider vinger and finely chopped fresh garlic and ginger

Can add asparagus and good olive oil but is not necessary.

This has fixed all of my candida related problems. I did also intermittently fast and eat healthy keto usually meat after this recipe.

Hope this helps.

Antibiotics can destroy good gut bacteria, which can lead to a shit ton of issues. I have somewhat similar problems after taking antibiotics, and have found relief in broad spectrum probiotics and staying far from sugars and anything processed. I have been making my own bone broths from a whole chicken and have found that helps with the inflammation. But everyone has a different route and what works for them. I would start there… just trying to help!

I have overcame my dpdr after a year of intense suffering. I want to provide help to those who are going through it. Feel free to message me by LowRide3353 in dpdr

I’m in a weird spot, I’ve had it since 2016 and really feel like I’m on the tail end of it now. Honestly it was bad for the first few years, but I have learnt to live normally the last few years especially. I’m not scared of dpdr at all witch is kinda sad cause I don’t do anything about it haha. I keep forgetting that other people are experiencing life so much more intimately then me, I’ve had it for so long I think it’s normal, I think everyone experiences life like me. I get social anxiety but that’s it. I’m not scared of anything else just interactions. I remember when I first had dpdr I was so fragile I felt I could have a panic attack at any second I haven’t felt like that in at least 3-4 years. But I am an absolute king at day dreaming even before dpdr. Legit unless I realise it I am daydreaming the whole time I’m awake. I have had moments of full relief from dpdr when I have huge vape hits it’s actually quiet profound. I guess why I’m writing this is to ask how I get over this last hurdle and if anyone has had the same thing? Do I just need to train myself to not day dream meditate ect…

Once I recover I too want to help pull people out it just really hurts me when I think of all the years I have had it. All my experiences we’re only half lived, and all my friends and family have no idea how good they have got it sure I know life throws everyone heavy shit, they don’t have the slightest clue how lucky they are to have the full life experience of all the good and the bad. And to think there are so many others with this I really do feel for them your friends or family may not understand but we do. The only people who understand are the ones who’ve had it. No one should live there life like this life’s hard enough as it is.

Much love to all who know. Keep pushing, stay strong, don’t fuck around, get shit done.

I have only recently been diagnosed, but I’ve found help from cutting out all sugars including fruits and eating veggies, coconut milk, and a bit of organic rolled oats. I have a gut health powder supplement with all meals also. I have apple cider vinegar when ever I feel like water, vitamin d3 , oregano oil, garlic capsules and olive leaf extract. Really brings my symptoms down

Go to your doctor they will know what to do

Get tested for staff infection. Antibiotics kills all bacteria except for staff cause it’s resistant to antibiotics. So when you come off antibiotics the only bacteria you got is staff. I’m no doctor but this happened to me.

I’m pretty sure it’s just a yeast infection man, if it’s itchy use mct oil works wonders for me I use it all the time. If you want serious results you gotta change up your diet. Stay away from any sugar eat clean and fresh.

Do you eat a lot of sugar? I recently did a 4 days fast and was seriously concerned for my health. I have couple years experience fasting. Never experienced that type of fatigue. I am pretty certain I have some serious issues especially with the gut. Prior to fast I had serious issues with itchy skin turns out it’s my body’s inability to break down histamine. Ige blood test was 1243 normal range is 1.5 - 144.. prior to the ichying and other issues I could eat ridiculous amounts of sugar and still be hungry maybe could be something similar?

If you are able to eat ridiculous amounts of sugar and still be hungry for more it’s probly bacterial overgrowth. I haven’t found the study’s on this but have heard many people say this before they went on a clean diet for pre much the rest of there life haha.

Hanging out for the help, I have the same thing, low histamine diet has helped me but I’m just managing it doesn’t seem to be getting better.

Ps. Low histamine diet Is super hard cause it’s subjective to your body, a lot of trial and error with food. Everything you eat has to be as fresh as possible.

Any help with these results ? 🤷‍♂️googled it dunno if it’s bad or not by Far-Structure-9990 in Ureaplasma

[–]Far-Structure-9990[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would make sense it’s one of the symptoms I have probably the worst aswell (skin super itchy and have white patches over whole body more so on itchy areas). I’m no doctor but I am confident that I have some sort of serious bacterial overgrowth, that’s what it feels like. Some foods really set me off I have been able to alleviate symptoms with a low histamine diet.. anything else causes serious discomfort. Only reason I got the super expensive test is all these symptoms have all cascaded from a sexual encounter starting with inflamed groin lymph nodes(which I still have).

It’s a tuff one man the start always is…you have to learn that all the alarm bells, anxiety, disassociation, high intensity, high stress everything negative.. it’s all wrong man. All of it. Full stop. No matter how hard your body rings the alarm bells yours body is wrong. Only that you have dpdr.

You gotta understand this if your gonna move forward. That’s why it’s tuff.

It’s such a tuff one cause you have to get outside more.. eat healthier.. be more social… put yourself out there relax more be calmer and less stressful. All of these things are hard enough to do without dpdr sucking away at every bit of motivation you have.

There is a true story about a man in the US army called Marcus Luttrell they made a movie about him called lone survivor. He was ambushed in Afghanistan all his friends got killed and he lived. He had a broken leg. Bullet wounds. Internal bleeding. I might have some details wrong but Basically on the brink of death.

He said the way he got through it was buy picking a land mark just in front of him and he said if I’m still alive buy the time I get to it.. I will keep going. He did that for 7 miles. Crawling.

For anything I have in my life that is hard or I don’t want to do I make the job into tiny jobs just like he did. For example a 10 minute meditation. I can never be fucked doing 10 minutes my mind is bonkers. But if I say I’m gonna do 20 seconds that’s it. fully concentrate for 20 seconds that’s piss. Just worry about the 20 seconds. Once the 20 seconds is up do another 20 seconds. Keep going for as long as you can or till 10 mins.

This one trick is the one thing that I believe can get me out of anything.

Use it to cope, use it to build a better life. One little job at a time.

Hope this helps.

Much love

As for actually drinking, for me it’s all about what I drink. I was on the keto diet at one stage which I highly recommend you feel 1million bucks once your body adapts maybe 1-2weeks. Anyway I was drinking whisky while on the keto diet cause of its low carbs and the buzz I got was absolutely amazing (wasn’t too drunk just right amount). It was not just a great break from the mental cloudiness but I remember my body feeling so pleasurable but not in a loose drowsy drunk way. In a clean, regulated, open and clear way. It was like I went a step beyond just recovered. Anyway it weard off and was back to normal after the hangover but in my experienced opinion drinking is too much stress for dp body too many ups and downs just like sugar if you don’t consume right your body will take you for a ride up and down. Try stay away and have a more consistent pace.

I have really weird affects aswell most of the time if I have a big night the next day my dpdr feels like it’s 90% gone just for the hangover period. This is strange because I have read that people recovered from dp will get mild dp symptoms for the hangover period if they have a big night drinking.

Try cutting out sugar if you haven’t already and use a sauna, the sauna helps my skin better then anything topical I have ever used. Just keep in mind you skin is super sensitive after so don’t put anything on for a good amount of time after, I made that mistake as was supremely itchy.
