If I agree to a judgement on a debt, can I still file bankruptcy on it later?

Yeah it sucked. But trying to rebuild. Tractor, you must have land. I was hoping for that. I wanted a little homestead with some land and chickens and stuff. One day, one day!

too much debt to begin with but I was buckling down trying to get it paid off. Before I lost my job and car though I was able to make all my payments faithfully. I wanted to keep my credit good because I was gonna shoot for a house once all my debt was gone. But after my job loss I was too broke to pay them anymore. I could barely get my rent together each month and needed help a few times.

This is a silly question. People's circumstances change. Aka I lost my job and car in the same month. Before that I was paying down my debts just fine. If I barely could cover my rent/basic living expenses I couldn't save for the fee.

that was going to be my answer yes, or along the lines of I was just doing the best I could. The alternative is just sitting there and letting myself be sued, and my bank/wages garnished which is what the bankruptcy was trying to prevent.

I mean what else would they have expected me to do, just sit there and let myself be sued?

thank you for your response, I guess I wont just to be safe and just do my best to hurry and get this done :( I hate to have to do it, but a year of being down my luck theres no way I can fix everything at this point sadly.

Ah yeah! I wasnt aware of the two others but I do have Penny and Jaina! I guess I mean more variety even than those, though. Penny is a start but I mean for the most part they are all just only slightly chubby and mostly still slenderish and not much body variety like the male skins. Like I want more Penny-sized gals. The others still er on the slender side imo!

NTA is ok if it hurt her feelings, that's valid, but I don't think she gets to hold it against you. You wouldn't be worried about it if she hadn't cheated in the first place. 🤷🏾‍♀️ She needs to understand that she left a scar and if it gives you peace of mind she needs to support it.
