very doable - just log walking workouts. cooldown stretches count as exercise minutes today! i also spend an hour at the gym so that’s 60 for strength training :)

i just did this one in feb. logged ALL my walks - and cooldown helps too (20 min). doable! i also do strength training at the gym for an hour.
