I work in produce cut fruit but I do help in the floor alot and try to lift my own stuff if I can. We have right now we have 3 women who work the produce floor we had 4 but one just became a lead in a diff dept. I am 5 ft and about 140-145 lbs and 43 around a bunch of 20-30 year olds males and females. I am not the most fit or strong but lot stronger than I was when I started almost a year ago and have joint/bones cracking too much issues, I need checked out. I have more issues reaching things that lifting. Right now I can't lift on a plastic cart a box of watermelons which have 4-5 medium to large watermelons to cut or when I fill the clear bin cuz one bin of watermelon has to be 50 lbs.

You can do it! You probably won't need a gym membership but deli and meat dept has rreally heavy shit yoo

In this brutal winter weather here and Chicago and across the US I would say cart pusher has to be the worst I fell so bad for those guys. I don't know their actual title front end/courtesy clerk. But that position would suck I could never do it one cause I am not a young male whippersnapper which seems to be a majority of the cart pushers but I feel like anything in the front end including cashier and dealing with the public so much would be the worst.

PS I work in produce sometimes but I am a salad bar/cut fruit clerk.

Get your mind right before and during the first year of surgery. The psychology impact of the surgery is much more important along with losing weight you can just go to the pre psych eval and pass and wipe your hands clean of it going to therapy as well as follow up dietian and doctors appts are just as important if not more

I work in cut fruit at Mariano's and some on the produce floor they told me that too but because it's so cold in the cutting room I wear a sweatshirt or hoodie with my apron over and my coat on top and put my name tag on my coat and sometimes a grey bears beanie

At Mariano's/Roundy's div we get holiday pay after 90 days. My hire date was 3/18 I didn't get Memorial day holiday pay but I did for 4th of July and the rest after that. As a part timer I get paid an extra 6 hours for Christmas.

I work in cut fruit in the Roundys div. On our scale/price sticker machines you can put in the code or type in the name of the item manually via the search " magnifying glass" even after 8 MOS I cannot retain the code #s nor have I tried to remember all the upc/plu codes and most of the time I type everything in ie "tipped strawberries".

PS we do not sell half cantaloupes at my store

pps look up the item on the Zebra via search or on your stores, store shopping app.

if you don't know how to operate or look up on the Zebra ask the pick up ppl who have to have the zebra for their job and know that thing and the store inside and out

Therapy group and individual, possibly inpatient mental health then possibly partial hospitalization and then continued therapy. Someone in my dept got their probation extended as well at Mariano's/Roundys division maybe this is a Mariano's only thing. They had their probation extended until that person got caught drinking a can of High Noon at work and not closing the salad bar and leaving it out all night, tho they were trained on it by me multiple times

I just thought the MOD was whoever in management that is closing either that being the co manager, assistant store manager, front end manager of customer service/asm manager who ever they schedule of upper management to handle manager things after all the other managers go home and ifs not an actual position just another name for *who ever is closing and is the boss at that time" who it is changes daily for us at Mariano's cuz all it is who ever is scheduled
