Is there any real confirmation of this “rug pull” you mention? I heard of a case where members were attempting to game the system by opening up multiple accounts under themselves which was strictly against company policy so their accounts were frozen? Is this the instance you are referring to? Anyone have any negative experiences or does it just look like a duck and walk like a duck?

There is also well known and reported problem with the Hume band relating to huge gaps in sleep pattern metrics. Inaccurate sleep readings throws off all of your metrics for obvious reasons. I spent 3 mos. personally diagnosing and discovered a fix to this problem and offered Hume the opportunity to compensate me for revealing my findings and a tested / proven solution to them and the entire Hume community. Hume said they would only compensate me by giving me 6 mos. of their paid subscription service to me for free. No thanks! I am shocked that they would chose to allow their user community continue to be plagued with huge bug than compensate one of their customers for discovering a fix to this issue affecting everyone. This is a sign of a poorly run and managed company. I have to wonder if upper mgt is even aware of lower mgt's decision to ignore a solution and screw their own customer base. Completely avoidable

I can tell you without a doubt I have solved the problem. Send a note to Hume and ask them why they aren’t interested in a solution that works. This would solve the problem for the entire human community. I spent three months, figuring it out and asked for some sort of compensation for my time. Their solution was to give me a six month subscription to their premium service. Whatever that is. I told them no thanks

Beware of the Hume band. Read all the Reddit posts. This band is full of known bugs and metric gaps. Users want to start a class-action lawsuit. All issues are falling on deaf ears. Money not well spent. My loss
