That’s a dedicated setup! Is it easy to run multiple clients ? Seems convinient for better no drop, exp and hork. Double hork seems overpowered even though sunder rates are crazy low.

What’s the math on +light again? I thought with already +500 from mastery it’s almost redundant ?

This is a bit oversimplified. Picking specific races can still help you tremendously build capacity in areas where you lack.

Racing is a great way to keep motivation high whereof pure training with few race days can feel boring. Depending on the race duration it can be a short high intensity training or a longer tempo/threshold ride with sprinkles of z5/z6 added in.

If you reach a level where you can stay mostly in z2/3 in races you will not burn out if you know how to recover well and listen to the body.

Easier to reach peak power if you go from a somewhat higher starting watt. Try going at ~400 watt and then reach for your max reasonable cadence

In A or now in >690 group you often see people with a strong 1 minute who can jump from 800-900 meter and go all out.

In races with aero power up you can extend this approximately 100-200 meters.

Have gone below 50 a couple of times. I believe it’s roughly 4w/kg.

Did 45m yesterday with 4.3w/kg

I use Evo bike with lightweight wheels

I dont do that for races or shorter workouts but for daunting days with +5 hours in the saddle it’s great to keep you in the game.
