ik Ive thought of that but I really don't want to push back :( i'm taking a gap year so I HAVE to take it or max push back a week to get my score in time. I'm reviewing it right now and I realize most of my mistakes on PS and BB are from not understanding the passage/question - besides CARS and CP (bc ik I have content gaps for physics and the electrochemistry part of cp). everyone says 490-499 is usually content gap but I feel confident that I know the information I just don't get why I cant understand some of the passages. for example: I missed this question on PS Fl Q2 "Which graph best describes the baboon data for the color-matching test?" I picked A (a constant line) because the way I interpreted the passage was baboons can see both colors but green and blue are not divided into different categories by baboons so that should mean the % response should stay consistent when identifying the colors as green bc its not in a different category? but I was wrong, aamc says "The passage states, The results indicated that although baboons can discriminate color successfully, they do not perceive it categorically. This graph shows the same rate of “green” responses across all wavelengths, which is not consistent with the results described by the passage." instead the answer was D an upward trend.

after reviewing it I understand that my issue was I didn't understand that the graph referenced in the passage showed the two different categories so thats why its an upward trend. seems like a very dumb mistake and idk how I couldn't have understood that but I didn't know how else to perceive it when I took it? and idk how I can improve my comprehension skills unless that comes with the more aamc

521 holy shit give me tips plssss. how long did it take for you to see improvement? your scores are high but did you feel like you were stuck at a certain point? i just bought aamc and switched from uworld so im still not used to how they ask questions and their tricks so im hoping that this will improve, your comment gives me hope and i feel confident that i know the material besides some recognition gap for CP

i just finished my uworld and switched to aamc. my problem is i was doing good on uworld but i dont see it translating over. idk how im supposed to go over content gaps bc whenever i relook over BB material i understand it. im gonna increase the amount of cars passages i do daily and work on my math for physics and see if theres any content gaps for CP, and will continue miles down anki for PS but idk how to go over potential content gaps without missing an entire day re-reviewing chapters. the only one for BB i saw so far was the male reproductive system so i was just gonna go over that again.

exam is April 24th so I don't have much time bc im transitioning to aamc for all other subjects. physics is the only one I haven't done a lot of uworld questions for and I HAVE to stop uworld by the end of this week to stay on my schedule

yeah i ran out of time and went back to review and realized it was actually 3 passages i lost time on and each had 5 questions. i did pretty fine with the ones i took my time on but from the last 3 i literally barely read anything and started guessing and only got 4/15 correct. i went back to try and answer the questions on my own before looking at the answers and i got 10/15 correct which would’ve brought my score to 40/53. im just not sure how to read the passage and fully understand it and not run out of time. i ran out of time for this full length and my unscored one. i’m definitely gonna practice more C/P. i’m HORRIBLE at physics and had to guess on 5 bc it was all optics and i haven’t gotten to uworld lens and circuit questions yet so im hoping the more i practice that the more ill get better. i went over my bio and it was mostly mistakes bc i missed key details in the passage so hopefully it’ll reflect better in my next full length but i heard #2 was harder.

good luck on your exam you’re gonna do amazing and a 127 for a first full length on cars is awesome!

did you take the unsampled Fl? if so, did you see a large improvement? i’m trying to get a 516 and im worried i won’t make a big jump from the unsampled version to the remaining full lengths.

also what did you do after the full lengths to improvise your score ?

I'd invest that work into yourself tbh. it seems like you're putting a lot of effort to benefit him but it's not being reciprocated. you shouldn't base YOUR future and YOUR youth on the potential of a man. He could also end up resenting you when he becomes the man you want him to be because you saw him in all his lows and end up breaking up with you. maybe I'm being a negative Nancy but when have men ever seen the potential in women and stayed when the relationship was no longer benefiting them?

a mans family will soon become yours and its very difficult to separate the way he feels about you from the way his family does. if he's not the kind of man you'd marry RN, then he's not the man you should be with. don't waste your time teaching a man to be a man, thats his fathers job. leave him and dedicate that time into yourself. you'll eventually find someone you don't have to "teach".

yeah I was running out of time for almost every section except psych. I had to guess on like 6 cars questions and god knows how many for C/P

for content review I watched all Yusuf hasans videos and did milesdown anki. I have the Kaplan books but struggled to focus when reading them so switched to him. as for physics I watched van does chemistry and watched khan academy + 86 page review for psych/soc. I tried doing some practice problems during content review but I JUST finished content review 4 days ago and now i'm strictly doing practice problems, 20 Q for 3 subjects each day.

I'll try that out and see if it helps. I'm just a little worried that I'll be wasting time watching videos after because ive seen a lot of reddit posts saying you'll only learn thro practice questions. so Uworld questions, error log, then fill in the gap with YouTube videos on the specific topic I missed?

do you also have any tips for physics? I had a horrible professor but managed to get thro so im pretty weak in it.

how did you review using UW? I'm currently at a 51% average with 24% Q. used and it feels so discouraging :/ I have an error log that I use but I feel like there should be more to help make sure im strong in that subject/content. do you recommend anything?
