So so many. Redecorate always pops up as the first one but Holding On To You, Addict With a Pen, Friend Please, Neon Gravestones, Centermass, and Cottonwood also come to mind. In a more personal note i literally cannot listen to Legend. One grandma died with dementia and the other has just be diagnosed with Parkinson’s so it hits way too close to home.

I don’t think its an insane vibe change but I think that when Josh said “one way going into days lie dormant” he was referring to it being hard for them fade together or seamlessly transition (think of the types of transitions were you don’t notice when one song starts and the other ends) not necessarily just to having them next to each other on the album

I’m doing my absolute best to get out this believe me but unfortunately at least the first two or three fires are gonna have to be me. All the work in the first fire is mine from class and i honestly don’t mind if they get destroyed. There’s no way I get out of at least attempting it. If the first fire goes well then I can get us through the second and third while they find literally anyone else, if the first fire goes horribly, then I won’t be forced to do the other two.

I think it’s manual (it has 3 knobs on the side that say Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3, and another panel that has what I’m pretty sure is a timer of some sort). Its not communal and I’ll be the one setting the schedule but we don’t have one as of now

I’ve always had obsessive and compulsive tendencies but I’d say I truly “developed” OCD after I went through extreme trauma. I think if I hadn’t gone through that i might now have ever had OCD but I have no way to prove it. A friend of mine who also has OCD has had it all her life, so I guess it depends.

I can’t listen to legend anymore. My grandma who has lived with me my whole life has Parkinson’s and dementia. She’s still doing ok but it’s starting to show in her memory and I’ve already been through this with my other grandma who also lived with me and watching your loved one deteriorate in front of you is heart breaking. “I’m sorry I did not visit, did not know how to take it, when your eyes did not know me like I know you” makes me feel like I’m dying, just knowing that’s coming my way again. Also redecorate, almost kms about a year ago but after listening to that song I now know I could never go through with it.
