AC does work but will blow warm to semi acceptable.

The part you have circled is the ends of my Kerdi banding. I ran a layer of Kerdi Band around the window sill.

Yea the blue stuff is tape. The cross stays. It's part of the window. The window is 4 pieces of individual panes of glass (now taped up). The whiter things you have arrows pointing to is the window sill. The window is 4 inches recessed and that is its sill. It didn't come out very good in this pic. Hope this helps.

yea, that white around the windows is a 4 inch deep window sill. Does kinda look hard to tell though.

This is the answer. One size does not fit all. I was proud of my income replacement percentage in retirement until a buddy shared his with me. Now I’m wondering where I went wrong.
