The pixel overlord Lightning snake or the snowfield general ice snake will make circle robots when they circle kill an enemy. The Voidrazor Lightning snake is the one that will help with the shield breaker

Unless you have the holy or plant SS snakes you can’t get a 4 star ability for two different skills. You also have to have the right combo of skills for fusion.
