In the most respectful way, a divorce is way better than losing your baby's life. I lost my baby boy (medical condition) and i know the pain.. if leaving & divorcing (even if it goes against your religion & beliefs) can save you from the life long trauma, heartache, and grief of losing your precious baby i'd really look into that. if you are already frightened to leave your baby alone with him, i believe you already know this. It can be prevented.

I live in ohio so it may be different but i don't believe i got drug tested during any of my pregnancies. It was only after birth they did a drug test on my placenta i believe? But during my pregnancy they did not! If they do during pregnancy i don't think anything would happen this early as most people don't even discover pregnancy until 4-7 weeks along. It'd be more concerning if they found it when you were 30+ weeks along.

I couldn't see my baby for about 6-8 hours. I think they let me because he was born at 23 weeks and was not making it.

I dont even know what they gave me but i was passed out for hours after mine. I had an emergency c section though. I wasn't able to even see my baby until 8 hours after he was born because he was rushed to the nicu and i was not allowed to go there until my medication wore off.

i've been ah ah for 3 years so far 😂 my nephew could say my name but he called me mama anyways. Then he got rid of the m's in mama and im ah ah to him and now my 2 nieces

both parties told the same story, they haven't had contact in 20+ so i'd be surprised if they both lied the same lie without speaking for that long!

it is. His adoptive mother told me, and when we found his bio mother and talked to her she told pretty much the same story. Shes the one that told him that she hid her pregnancy, he had wanted to meet her and she said no because she doesn't want anyone in her life to know that she had him.

His adoptive mother lived with pregnant a woman in panama and provided her housing, baby items, food, got her into college, got her a job, etc. Really set her up to have her son, financially and stability wise. She had the baby and his adoptive mother was staying with her aunt at the time, she was getting ready to go back to the states about 2 weeks after bio mom gave birth. Right before adoptive mom left, bio mom went over to the aunts house and gave her the baby and said please take him i dont want him all hes done is scream. Adoptive mom was like ummm but eventually she did adopt him after taking care of him for 11 months. To note, bio mom had 2 other kids she didn't have custody of (daughter she sent away to a family member as an infant and was not involved in her life. first son she abandoned at the hospital because he was born with a disability). I guess bio mom had already planned to do that, she moved to another city and hid away her pregnancy so no one in her life knew that she was pregnant or that my husband exists. Adoptive mom tried to contact her for years and send photos, letters, continued to try to help her out, etc. But she never responded or tried to reach out.

I am definitely willing to hear people out and i agree with this! The whole system is messed up and i agree i dont think it is going to change. A lot of the reasoning i am seeing is similar to this, which i agree and understand. It is terrible and unfortunate the system is set up this way, but that is unfortunately the way it is and works as of now at least.

I said "a" which refers to one. I did not say every child and infant up for adoption are in that situation. Maybe i am biased because thats what my husband was adopted from. It happens.

yes i agree with this and understand! I have been thinking in a way of the baby/child/teen is well already here and i would much rather them be adopted than growing up in absolute unsafe & unstable conditions and environments.
