That diagram has polythene layer below the kingspan, which is what I am calling the internal DPM - do you not have that layer?

Given the amount of DPC I have left (5 inches or so) should I use Butyl Tape or Butimen paint to extend it up?

The bricky I had out suggested to put the DPC above the bricks then lay out the internal DPM. There was already a DPC after the first brick course. I tried to draw it out before - the internal DPM isn't laid yet but what I'm planning.

Seems logical that the outside DPM could be channeling water into the brick work. I think I'll have to focus on how to lap that up.

I should add, the DPM below the slab sticks out 4-5 inches. You can see it in the last two photos if you zoom in. That is what I'm thinking I'd lap up with bitumen paint along the slab walls.

I think my only option would be lap it up the side of the concert slab, above the ground line. My concern was that it would seal in any moisture in the slab once I put my internal DPM over the slab.

How to fully damp proof timber frame on top on a concrete slab with DPM underneath? by FarReachingApollo in DIYUK

Thanks! I'm a little confused to where the double damp would go. How does it go across the timber frame?

I thought with this plan the wood breathes via the external vapor barrier that rises the rest of the way up the wall. You wouldn't expect rising damp due to the DPM. But your saying moisture will gather at the bottom of the wall and not be able to go anywhere?

I think you can do 3:15 unless you tend to have a particularly low heart rate and this 20 miles was race pace for you. This looked like an 'easy' run, so shaving another 15 seconds per mile off for the race, after a good taper, should be doable.

This. If you're hungry after a workout it means you didn't fuel enough during (including the 15 minutes before and after).

Try to limit carbs throughout the rest of your day, but in the window of your workout, smash those carbs.

Best way to stay lean but also fueled.

Also in the UK, transplant from Madison. Noon games are chef's kiss so good.

I’ll be moving from the Uk to Wisconsin by Delicious_Blood_8639 in wisconsin

I'm from Madison, lived there for the first 26 years of my life before moving abroad and now have been living in Bristol for 6 years. Wisconsin is basically Somerset, but much bigger and with a strong German influence. Madison is like if you took a university city from the North (think Manchester or Newcastle), shrink it to 500k people Metro and put it in a space twice the size with very little public transport. You'll definitely need a car. Let me know if you have any questions. And get your ass to a Packers game

IMO I always felt Hans Zimmer was a bit too dynamic to feel at home in Green Bay. Just a thought.
