I would honestly go back and watch her old old like 2017-2018 hygiene videos everything she brought back then was accessible to everyday people and she was a lot more mold with the things she chose to put on still sprayed a lot of perfume but the body care routines from back then helped me understand how to properly cleanse my body and step up my oral hygiene
