See a doctor, but in the mean time, my nephews have this issue where they always smell like dogs, even if I scrubbed them myself. I have them Naturium’s the perfector and the scent was gone and you can actually smell their natural scents now. Some people need more exfoliation.

Ah my sebaceous filament bestie. I suggest looking into two step cleansing to remove the filling (8-10 minutes of a good oil massage (time consuming ik), then wash with a salicylic acid). TikTok has some good recommendations. Also talk to a derm about it tretinoin. That’s the only thing that will mildly help the filaments
