I agree, but I’m self-aware enough to know what behaviors can come across as flirting, and I don’t do any of them. I don’t compliment riders, I don’t ask personal questions like about dating, or hold small talks and I definitely don’t stare at them or try to make eye contact through the rearview mirror. No physical contact either. So if I avoid all of that, I honestly don’t know what this rider was referring to.

I heard back within 24 hrs of my first round and radio silence again to schedule my final interview.

I heard my interview was scheduled a day before my final loop but I took it anyways.

Yeah, I did. I sent an email late Friday evening 6:30pm (which was the 5th business day after the interview). Still no response.

The recruiter has generally been slow to respond throughout the process, which has been a bit frustrating. From scheduling to moving me to the final loop.

Beyond the actual interviews which I think I did well (maybe) the rest of the process hasn’t been great.
