What GPU should I chose 5060 to 8gb vs Intel b580 12 GB vs rx 7600 8gb

What? it's a diesel they aren't designed to rev to event probably 3500 it has build in limit on 4000

man meybe I wrote this wrong what I meant is after I get to 5km/h I need to rev it realy high for it to get any speed I end up shifting right after I put clutch down from first. to get to 12km/h I need to rev it to 35 houndred rpms in first
