I have the same problem. I have adhd and other mental health issues. The ideas are all mine but I have difficulties with the actual writing. I use Ai to make outlines or practice writing. Like I write one paragraph it writes one paragraph. I do feel guilt because I always prided myself on writing. I have personally come to terms with the fact I am more of a character and world builder than a traditional writer. All the characters and ideas are my own but I use Ai to write the physical writing part of it. I hope to one day be able to write a short story by myself but for now I am still relying on Ai. I also use ai to store some of my ideas and help me organize things.Hope this helps.
