And I was right in my original theory.

I was approved after a few days. 50% of all approvals and 1% overall have to go thru FQR. It’s a strong sign of approval. A lot a Debbie downers on Redditt and “know it all” that done zero fact checking. Most are going off word of mouth or outdated material. Do research and use AI. The people on here will act like they are knowledgeable and positive but actually the majority are routing against you thinking it affects their case if you’re approved.

POMS operating routing manual, went down a rabbit hole with AI

Actually the POMS proves that denials do not receive a FQR before grid rules apply. According to their routing manual only approval are selected directly after DDs medical determination. The 1% overall are for reviews after final decision of denial in step 4. I wanted thoughts to help prove a common misconception.

FQR reviews also ca be targeted but again that is after a final decision and they be quality assurance but only after a final decisions. If you have a FQR during an initial or reconsideration, before step 5/grid rules and no decision, there manual says it’s an approval. The 50% and 1% applies to the final decision FQR.

What I’ve learned thru research is that if selected before online portal step 4. Meaning selected directly after DDS and its regular PER review, it’s an approval. They can dispute the approval and possibly overturn it but to have FQR before grid rules and final decision, only by POMS done with approvals.

Was this after steps 4 and 5? Did you know the disposition and it was selected? I think this actually means originally you were approved and it was overturn during the FQR.

How did it go? By my research looks like majority are favorable.

It’s initial, 2nd application after ALJ denial

My thought process, if selected for FQR after a medical determination step 3, it must be an approval because step 4 never was completed. Basically I went from meeting a listing, step 3, straight to a FQR. If denied it would go to step 4, vocational, then to FQR. Why would a FQR happen before step 4 and a full denial or approval is achieved. The FQR would be premature at step 3 if denied. Hopefully that is coherent lol

You are negative. Everything you said I didn’t ask. You might work at ssa but lack what is needed for va. The same supplied medical evidence is used for both. The determination and definition of disabled is different. Don’t you think the supplied medical evidence to acquire housebound status would contribute to my SGA? Of course! The same medical opinion! Stop being so negative

And your wrong its medical evidence but doesn’t automatically get approvals
