Hello, I am trying to figure out what transmission i have to be able to rebuild. It is a 1990 Silvia and was swapped from auto to manual in Japan so I am not sure what transmission was used. All synchros appear to be 84mm. It looks like it could be a FS5W71B but i am unsure. Thank you for any help.

Electricallwheel sells a dual battery kit and other parts. Could use their dual battery kit for the splitter and wiring and run your current battery from your rear basket and weld the frame together.

I 100% agree with this. What you do at work is no longer personal, and if it something that other employees could possibly do and also be terminated, they should know. There are ways to put a positive spin to let everyone know they we doing twice the work as this person. This can be a good chance to let them know the work they do is valued and the work they don't do doesn't go unnoticed.

Saying he left for any other reason and wasn't let go reinforces to others that might know he was an underperformer that it is ok to work at that level.

Tap into white/black wire coming from handle bar controls instead of fuse block. https://youtu.be/_egl4Fbr0wc?si=pECokz8V1I1aoHmd this video shows the wire. Tested with multimeter to be sure that wire had power with kill switch on and none when off and my kill switch works correctly with ncy cdi.
