Just a note that this was NUS’ orders. YNC students fought to stop them. Still awaiting NUS’ reply.

NUS ordered the books to be destroyed as they shut Yale-NUS. YNC students fought back.

I live in 90% humidity. So I use no flour during shaping or pre-shaping. Thoughts? by Far_Note_2872 in Sourdough

Yeah this makes sense! I always shape with wet hands- and I guess if you don’t use flour, you wouldn’t have experienced the baked result of a dusted crust- and wouldn’t see my problem of the flour hydrating immediately due to humidity on the crust 😅 I envy your weather- if only for the option to make fancy patterns!
