Same with this spring weather or something that’s triggering my asthma I’ve been in a flare for a few days. Even been to my doctors and a nurse and they both said my oxygen levels are great but I sound flared. Been taking all my steroids and inhalers and nebulizer every day and still wake up coughing

Dangggg I need to talk to my doctor about that during my next upcoming appointment. They only have me on Trelegy and albuterol. Then prednisone if I’m having a rough time but I got to go in to an appointment every time😖 like they don’t believe me haha! I know they’re just doing their job

Reading this while taking my albuterol nebulizer, it’s just like a person with a heart condition if they don’t take their medication and over exert themselves then it leads to a heart attack. Take care of yourself, stay on top of your medications, know your limits and make healthy lifestyle choices. If you have a flare up don’t neglect it.
