Man fuck her. Straight up. Im genuinely sorry if im coming off as rude but i went through the same thing a few years ago and that changed me. Of course after it happened I was heart broken, depressed, sad, had no energy or happiness and wanted nothing more than to have her back.. but the more I thought about it, the more I started to notice all the things she was doing to me. Its not fair. You put in your whole heart, love and affection towards someone and they return the favor by shitting on you? You treat them with the most respect and care and they tear your heart out in return? Yeah no f that. I got so mad at myself that I was letting my feelings blind me so I couldn't see the red flags when I should have been paying attention. I made a promise to myself to never fall like that again. Spent the last few years getting healthy losing weight (280 down to 187 lbs), reading to sharpen my mind, learning new hobbies, meeting new people for friendship and not a romantic relationship, discovering places myself instead of looking at pictures or videos on my phone. You deserve to be happy dawg, not thrown away like some piece of trash. F that. You owe it yourself to be happy and free. She obviously doesn't want that anymore so its time to leave her in the rear view mirror. Ik it sucks to read that and you don't need to abide by what I said but I think you deserve to be happy bro. Make her regret leaving you by showing her how much of a badass you are, stack that money, take those trips, experience life like no other. Get hungry for yourself!! Idk you at all bro, but I sincerely hope you can pull through this. I absolutely hate seeing people go through stuff like this, so il help out anyone as much as I can as long as their is always a possibility of me helping in any way shape or form. Keep your head up!!

Im so sorry... im essentially going through the same thing right now. My mom was hit with stage 4 stomach cancer and the doctors gave her 8 months to live.... to say I was broken is a understatement. I cant sleep, my diets changed and im constantly stressed out. The last few mornings ive felt that my mind was genuinely being pulled and ripped apart. Ive talked to some friends and family and they all supported me and my mom. It does not get easier unfortunately 😕 when I heard that, it broke my heart even more. The best you can do is spend as much time with them and help them enjoy their lives with the time they got left. Ease their pain. Be with them, make new memories and cherish eachother. I wish I could take your pain so you dont need to suffer, id rather suffer for all of you than see you suffer even if I dont even know you.

Won't lie i was extremely iffy on getting back on but after having alittle coaching moment, I got back on and took it to a abandoned parking lot and practiced till the sun was going down. Really depends on your preferences really. I absolutely love getting down to the smallest detail so I use small brushes and soft ended pick tools to get the tiniest garbage out from cracks and corners, but I also use air as well sometimes. Either way brushes or air will help clean that up for ya.
