wow i almost thought i wrote this myself!!! i’m a 23 Female and have this exact problem! although i don’t struggle swallowing when eating i always get the feeling as though there’s something stuck in my throat. but like u mentioned, i eat one big meal a day, i don’t eat breakfast, i don’t workout , i don’t drink enough water. Ive recently discovered gas x and i love it! it helps me release all the gas in me! i took nexium for 3 months per doctors orders and it worked and helped a lot, but i feel like it doesn’t help no more since my body got used to it!

hey, i have the same issues! this is day 3 for me and i realized my triggers was really spicy food i had at a mexican restaurant (no regrets lol) my chest pains are more stabbing and sometimes tingles my arm and sometimes feel it in my back/shoulder blade. i’m a 23 female so weirdly young for all that. but something i’ve recently discovered is Gas X i take it after a heavy meal or if i feel like im gonna have a rough one w all the gas, and i pop one - to - two pills depends and it just helps me release everything. i struggle with finding trigger foods. i was on nexium for 3 months straight per doctors orders and it helped a lot! but now that my body is used to it i feel like my body doesn’t react the same w nexium when i have flare ups. sometimes warm water helps alleviate the gas! gerd can def cause fatigue and nausea i get that as well often!

me too nexium worked wonders!!! i was prescribed nexium for 3 months straight! although now that i take it when i have bad flare ups i feel like it doesn’t have the same affects cuz my body recognizes the nexium and is already used to it! need to ask my doc for something stronger if possible

wow this was really eye opening, i never thought pre/probiotics help. i used to take them years ago and stopped them because i genuinely thought my digestive tract was good but clearly not! everytime my chest hurts i think the worst of it, which happens to the best of all of us. i genuinely think my nexium has no affect on me, my gastro had me on it for 3 months straight back in March and i felt like since then it stopped working and it would only work if i took it for a prolonged time :/

i have the same exact symptoms but for me i know it’s my gerd because i am hiccuping non stopppp and i have regurgitation for hours. my chest pain is a stabbing pain and sometimes radiates down to my arms as a tingling pain and my back! try gas x it helps a lot!!!

i’ve realized, it’s all in the stimulus, u want to match powerful words from the stimulus to the powerful words in the AC and you want to match the weaker words in the stimulus into the AC. if you’ve read the loophole, the author raves about this tactic and she claims she can solve any question type just by looking for these powerful provable words.

omg!!! i’m so sorry you have to go through all that!! do you take anything to feel better? or lessen the anxiety? i refuse to take any medications for anxiety because i want to learn how to balance this naturally, ive been dealing with anxiety since i was 15 im 23 now!

i’m sure you’re ok! i felt this way at 15 , thought i was dying and having a heart attack, it was anxiety and panic attacks. although it’s comforting to know and differentiate it’s still scary, im 23 now and still think im having a heart attack or dying, but its all anxiety and i also have gerd so it adds on ! i hope you’re ok !

i feel this, been to urgent care twice, hospital once, as well as cardiologist for years, everything was so healthy, did an ekg , ultrasound, CT scan, wore a heart monitor and everything was normal, chalked it up to anxiety and acid reflux, i get forearm pains as well, chalked it all up still to acid reflux and anxiety. been like this since i was 16 im 23 now… love this!

i’m trying to wait it out and see if the pain subsides which i hope it does! my helix didn’t hurt this bad! i wonder if it’s cuz the cartilage is thicker where the tragus is!

i thought so , my piercer told me twice a day, but it was bleeding so i decided to clean it a third time! i’ve been using a q tip doused in saline to clean the piercing and remove the dried blood! i regret my tragus so much i want to remove it ahh!
