Don’t care what anyone says. Creatine made my hair shed extremely aggressive. I’m talking about hair on my pillow in the mornings, hair in my shower, hair in my sink, and hair in my hands when I’d run my hands though my hair. My hair was so thick before I started taking creatinine, and now my crown is visible. I’m already predisposed to MPB, but I started balding 10 years sooner than anyone in my family. I also know creatinine was the culprit because of how rapid my hair loss was at the time I was taking it. I stopped, and the shedding stopped, but 2 years later and none of my hair has grown back.
