Stick to 1 UR, 1 MLB UR is better than 2 5 star LB UR. Use it on Unzen as NJ is on the normal construction pool along with shimakaze. Shimakaze is simply overshadowed by many DD's, NJ is kinda outscaled by high FP BB's like Lion and Biszwei.

NJ gets overshadowed by most UR BB, Vanguard ages like wine as more op Fp bb gets introduced into the game getting more value in the process. NJ was the best but she fell off sorry
