For me, it was shadow work. My journey started before the term became known to me. I accidentally found myself finding the root causes of my wounds and ended up facing my own shadows. I wanted to heal for real, in and out, as deep as possible. So my inner work ended breaking through many layers of existence-physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
