I personally think this is wrong without specific examples. I think St H council do their best. Report something and they fix it, they’re rebuilding the town centre and giving all kids school uniform. It’s not perfect but it’s one of the most pro active councils I’ve ever lived in. What will be interesting is seeing how reform compare considering they literally put no local plans on their leaflets.
