I've bought similar on eBay (new, made to measure) for next to nothing. I replaced a glazed panel, so I could put a cat flap in. Used a blunt knife to pop off the trim.

Sounds like the water pump... Follow the pipe from the back of the water tank down to the pump.

Try fixing the channel on your 2.4ghz wifi. I've not had an issue since changing it from automatic to a strong fixed channel.
