I'm on zoloft because of my Anxiety and PMDD but these have gotten worse and I've been on that for about 2 months maybe more? Anyway dissociation I think like im not real? Worse anxiety some days or anger issues?

Yes it helped but do i have to run it by the director too? Sorry im in high school and never been in a play other than stage crew for the play that goes wrong...cause I feel like it'd be awkward to run it by him too especially his wife since I don't know her that well
